How do I invite the other members?
In Settings ▸ Invite members, Kaudal creates an iCloud link. Share it however you like (Messages, WhatsApp, email…); when the other person opens it, they join the household and you both see and edit the same thing.
Each member needs to be signed in to iCloud on their device.
I can't see the other member's changes
Changes travel through iCloud and usually arrive within seconds. If they don't:
- Check that you both have a connection and an active iCloud session.
- Open the app (or bring it to the front): it refreshes the household on activation.
- If it persists, email us with the approximate time of the change.
Where is my data? What if I delete the app?
Your data lives on your device and in your iCloud — not on our servers. If you delete the app and reinstall it with the same iCloud account, your household comes back on its own.
I found a bug
Email us what you were doing when it happened, a screenshot if you have one, and your device and OS version (e.g. "iPhone 15, iOS 26"). The more specific, the faster we can fix it.
Kaudal has no access to your data, so support will never ask you for amounts, members or anything inside your household.
